Welcome to Ooh She La~La Curvaceous Boutique! We want your shopping experience to be as fabulous as your purchases — that starts with getting your order to you smoothly. Please read below so there are no surprises.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after payment clears.

  • On busy days (sales, holidays, etc.), processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • If your order needs a little extra care (customization, large items, restocking), we’ll let you know.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

* “Delivery once shipped” means after processing. Arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, customs, etc. can push things out.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on US orders over $150.

  • Expedited / 2-day / overnight options are available at checkout (extra charge).

  • For international orders, shipping cost will vary by destination & weight, and will be calculated at checkout.


4. International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship worldwide! 

  • Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country.

  • Please be aware that international deliveries can take longer due to customs inspections, local post delays, etc.


5. Tracking & Notification

  • After your order is shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • You can track via the carrier’s website.

  • If you don’t receive tracking info or have issues seeing it, reach out — we got you.


6. Address Accuracy & Responsibility

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you place your order. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

  • If you realize you made a typo or need to update the address, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, we can’t change the address.

  • Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail. Include apartment or suite Numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city. 
  • Ooh She La~La Curvaceous Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the carrier confirms “Delivered” to the address you provided. (We’ll help you troubleshoot, though.)
  • If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Ooh She La~La Curvaceous Boutique, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

7. Damages, Missing Items, & Returns

  • If your items arrive damaged, or if something is missing, send us a photo AND your order number within 3 business days of delivery so we can fix it.

  • Sometimes carriers need a damage report, so photos help.

  • We’ll work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on stock & situation.


8. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • If you want to cancel or modify your order (item, address, etc.), contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Once payment has been completed for your order, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.


9. Packaging & Discretion

  • We ship in plain or branded packaging depending on the item. (If discretion is important, let us know, we’ll try to accommodate when possible.)

  • We always pack with care to protect your goodies.
